Lucy Blenkiron

Law Clerk

Lucy joined Vardon Legal as a Law Clerk in 2023 and will be admitted as a solicitor in 2025. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Corporate Finance at the University of Adelaide. Lucy works closely with partners in assisting with property, corporate, commercial and intellectual property law and her areas of expertise include:

• preparation of commercial lease agreements;
• assisting with landlord enforcement actions;
• assisting with retail and commercial leasing disputes;
• assisting with property settlements; and
• assisting with trade mark applications and attending to renewals.

Before joining Vardon Legal, Lucy was an Associate Succession Planner, assisting in the transfer of generational family farm businesses.

Outside of work, Lucy is an active volunteer for WoTL, a not-for-profit organisation providing training to women connected to all agricultural industries across Australia.
