Riley Tully

Riley Tully holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business (Sport and Recreation Management) from the University of South Australia.  During his studies, he worked as a law clerk in private practice, with experience across a broad range of litigation and commercial matters.

Riley’s areas of expertise include:

  • Assisting with preparation of dispute resolution and litigation
  • Preparation of commercial lease agreements
  • Assisting with retail and commercial leasing disputes, and
  • Assisting with landlord enforcement action

Outside of Commercial and Property law, Riley has a passion for Sports Law including sponsorship and endorsement agreements, club governance and contract management.
